They were very nice but the room wasn’t ready, probably not their fault because of lack of Cleaning employees. Credit card info was not correct, took over two hours to try to straighten it out. Pam was very apologetic and did her best.

Traveling with three dogs is not easy, but Candlewood Suites in Gillette made it much easier than it could have been. The king suite was very large and well-stocked for our needs. I dinged it one bone because of the difficulty trying to get back in the side door to walk the dogs. The policy states dogs are not permitted in the lobby, which is fine, but trying to get my key card in the slot (which has a plastic cover over it) while juggling dogs was very difficult. The ramp leading to the parking lot was very icy and difficult to walk on, so I walked through the bushes. Overall, I'd recommend the hotel and stay here again.
