Please note that there is a minimum stay of 2 nights at this property. Guests will receive a 100% refund if their reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date and a 50% refund if it is canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date. Guests may check-in anytime after 4 PM and must check-out by 11 AM.

This nicely appointed townhome has views galore. The property features breathtaking Mountain Views situated in the highly sought after Snowcreek V community. Relax in the comfort of a cozy gas fireplace with a 65 inch smart TV or BBQ on the private deck enjoying the spectacular Mountain View’s.
The home features two master suites one upstairs with a Full-size bed, and a Bunkbed perfect for families and a private full bath and a flat screen TV. The second master bedroom has a King bed with its own private bathroom, sliding glass doors to a small deck with amazing mountain view. The third bedroom has a Queen-size bed and has access to the hallway bathroom. All bedrooms have extra blankets.
Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need.
Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, in a laundry room.
Private 1-car garage. One vehicle can park in the private garage and one can park in the driveway.
The community hot tub is located 100 yards from property. Spa availability and conditions are subject to change without notice.
