Only 20 minutes away from Niagara Falls and 15 minutes from the best wineries Niagara has to offer. If you would like to start or end your day with exercise the garage is equipped with a variety of gym equipment such treadmill, exercise bike, squat rack and free weights. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTYING ALLOWED. *** Please note basement is tenanted ***
