There are three bedrooms, a bath and a half, a large kitchen/dining room, and a comfortable living room with one pull-out sofa. The downstairs living room, dining room, and kitchen form a large, gracious open living space, with a central fireplace. The master bedroom is also on the first floor, as is the oversized bathroom that features a large, two person antique tub with shower. Neighborhood amenities include tennis courts (available from the Kennebec Point Association for a small fee) and clamming in the tidal bay (available from the town hall for a very small license fee).
