    A spacious 2000 sq. ft private ground level waterfront home with 75' of protected deep water dock on a finger canal off the Gulf of Mexico & minutes to the Atlantic Ocean. Our large ground level family home is ideal for those who love boating or just enjoy having quiet time overlooking the water. We have recently renovated our home with lots of extras for a carefree vacation with a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, tile thru out, new a/c, with D, a fish cleaning table & Bait Freezer. There are two master suites with king size beds with private baths. The guest room has two twin beds and a private 1/2 bath. Den has a queen futon. There is a patio deck with a gas grill so you can cook your day's catch while watching the incredible sunset. Private Cabana Club Membership included with sandy beaches on the Atlantic Ocean, Olympic Pool (chilled in summer, heated in winter) hot tub, poolside tiki bar & restaurant, game room. The club is in Key Colony Beach one mile away. Sound good?
