    This home, 'Promise Kept' features a manicured, level, half acre lot that is perfect for games of volleyball, kickball, etc. And provides plenty of space for the kids to run and play. The home offers a natural shale stone beach stretching over 115' with a stone fire ring that is ideal for toasting marshmallows at night, or cooking over an open fire. The dock extends over 120 feet off the beach and is the perfect platform for the shore angler. The entire main level has hardwood flooring and features a vaulted great room with floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors that offer a panoramic, million dollar view of one of the widest parts of Seneca Lake. Guests have spent many relaxing evenings on the deck with friends and family taking in the amazing view and enjoying a bottle of fine wine from one of the many local wineries - and invite you to do the same. New 6 person hot tub! Sound good?
