The front desk (open 24/7) clerks will gladly assist guests in reconfirming flights or tours, as well as providing information on additional points of interest within Costa Rica. Safe Stay: Hotel Fleur de Lys has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place. Masks and hand sanitizer are provided to guests, and rooms are disinfected between each stay and sealed after cleaning. Social distancing measures are in place, as well as physical barriers between staff and guests. Contactless check-in and check-out are available.
