Branch Lake Camping Area

Branch Lake Camping Area is located on the shores of beautiful Branch Lake, halfway between Ellsworth and Bangor on Rt 1A. They are well away from main highways and other commercial sources of noise yet close enough to all modern conveniences and many attractions, including Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor, Northeast Harbor & Southwest Harbor where the rich and famous come to relax. There you can enjoy ocean sightseeing & deep sea fishing cruises, lobster and clam bakes and the night life. Branch Lake Camping Area offers 50 spacious campsites on grounds that are well lit at night with their own street lights for your convenience. The sites are cozy and nestled within the trees, many with water views. Each campsite has utility hookups, a picnic table and barbeque pit -- perfect for cookouts, fireside fun and roasting marshmallows. At Branch Lake Camping Area they offer many amenities right there at the campground for your enjoyment and convenience such as boating, canoeing & fishing. They also have a playground & other recreations for kids.
