The hotel is good but the people working there are rude. They seem to dislike people using BringFido or any other booking apps. I stayed my 1st week and when I went to pay my second and it was Saturday they told me to come back Sunday; so I went upstairs and booked another week on BringFido. When I got off work Sunday I went to renew my keys they wanted another $458. Basically I paid almost $800 a week because both the transactions cleared my back. They allow smoking pot outside they will even join in. I asked for a manager but they told me she's in Brazil for a month so my problem never gets solved. It would be a better hotel if they brought in more customer friendly staff.
