A good place to stay with a large dog during a long road trip.

Place was very rundown with employees intoxicated in their rooms with beer bottles outside adjacent rooms. When we got there, an employee's mother was sprawled out on the bed in the room that was assigned to us. Went to get money back but couldn’t get in the lobby because of five police cars surrounding the lobby in an attempt to quiet down the disturbances and fighting in adjacent room. Left as soon as we could.

Dog poop everywhere side walks, parking lot, grass spot was piled high. We took dog outside got poop on her feet and our boots. The smell in first room was so bad we had them move us. Second room was bad too. Cigarette butts were everywhere and rooms reeked with cigarette smoke and chemicals they sprayed to kill Covid germs. Wanted to sleep in car with dog at 4am but husband said we could head back to Michigan. There is money I wished I could get back. Motel 6 should be ashamed.

Nothing more, nothing less than what you would expect from a Motel 6 in a small town. Room was clean and efficient.

Nice to have a place that allows dogs. Many dogs around the place, grass areas could have been mowed so the grass was lower than 6 inches. Actually cost more than a Hampton Inn with a nicer room and free breakfast, but again, was good for dogs.

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the beds and bath area were. The vinyl plank floor looked clean but needed a good deep clean. When I wiped up the dog’s water drips from the floor my paper towel was filthy! There were no hairdryers but it was nice to have a little seating area. Also, it was close off the highway and near several places to have dinner.

The room was clean and newly renovated. One thing I had forgotten about Motel 6 is just how basic it is. The mattress was on a wooden slab with no box springs and there isn’t an elevator so be ready for a workout getting luggage upstairs. I had originally asked for a first floor room but when I opened the door the beds weren’t made. It was as if the person vanished before they finished cleaning! LOL. The staff got me a different room, but it was upstairs. The staff was friendly. We ordered takeout which was delivered without utensils but a staff member gave us some from her personal vehicle. Saved us from eating like animals! It is what it is, a place to sleep and shower.

Our 7 yr old Labrador was very pleased. She really liked the king bed which was so very comfortable. (We al Ok. That’s good. I will.
I think the house suffered more than we did, with the exception of John. I don’t remember too many scars. ways bring a blanket to cover the bed so we leave no dog hair behind. Check - in was very easy and the front desk clerk was helpful and so sweet !! - JohnJan 1, 2020Modern, clean, & nice.

For $55 value, this was the best hotel I’ve stayed in! The room was completely renovated, adjustable heating, lots of space, clean. Can’t complain! Easy check in/out. Apollo had a great stay.

Youngstown Location was the cleanest Motel 6 we have ever stayed in. Housekeepers take pride in the work. The room was wonderfully equipped and our room was in the back building and it was the quietest ever. The only issue we had was a HUGE one, as we were driving from North Platte, Nebraska and we were super tired. We called ahead to let them know that we would be a very late arrival. The person on the phone said she would let them know.
Little did we know they canceled our reservation and when we arrived they did not have a room for us that was paid for on BringFido. I of course not having the energy to argue, handed over my credit card yet again to pay for our room. I then had to contact BringFido and they handled the issue for us. If a location ever tells you that you need to pay for your room again, please contact BringFido on the spot and they will handle it for you. These instructions were given to me by the staff at BringFido. Thank you for getting us our refund!! Be careful of these hotels people!

Very basic accommodations, but that was exactly what I was looking for, It is clean and there is a grassy area just outside for pet relief. It has been nicely renovated. Bathroom was very clean.
