What a find! Hotel on North was clean, spacious and comfortable. We loved our room, and the location was perfect to get to our son’s football game at Williams. The staff was friendly and hospitable, and it was clear our pup was welcome! We’ll be back!

First rate. Super friendly and efficient check-in. Beautifully restored building lovingly and creatively decorated. Moody was warmly welcomed. The restaurant next door was equally wonderful. Definitely will stay there again.

If I could give this hotel 10 bones I would! The room was amazing… and HUGE! Vaulted ceiling. Exposed brick walls. A bookcase… with books. A smart TV. There was a dog bed and bowls waiting for us too. On-site, gated parking. Quiet and in a convenient location. A restaurant downstairs with live music. The hotel totally had a very “artsy” feel. We will definitely be back!

Checked in and the person seemed bumfuzzled when I asked where I can take my dog to go to the bathroom. All he could say is there is a park somewhere close. A place should not advertise being pet friendly when they have no place you can talked your dog.

Super cool hotel, but the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I’d have liked. The shower needed a good scrubbing, there were long dark hairs in the shower and sink, and tiny pieces of toilet paper on the floor.

We were visiting friends in Pittsfield and needed a place to stay with a dog. Wow, what a wonderful find this place was! Beautiful, spacious, immaculately clean room. Professional, friendly front desk staff. Convenient, free parking on site. Loved the historical aspect and details of the building. Even without a dog, one of the nicer hotels we’ve stayed in. Not inexpensive but well worth the price. We easily would have given it 5 bones except for 2 things. The restaurant and lounge are currently closed. And, contrary to the description, there is no green space on the premises for dogs to relieve themselves. In fact, the recommended park is several blocks away - a long walk for the first potty break early in the morning. Regardless of those points, we would absolutely go back and highly recommend!

Nice spacious room with plenty of space for our medium-sized dog’s crate. Wish the hotel was a bit closer to some green space but it was close enough! This was our first experience hotel info with our dog & we would not hesitate to return.

This was our first experience having our dog in a hotel with us and Hotel On North hit it out of the park! They could not have been nicer and easier. We loved our stay and will go back again soon!

Definitely a cut above anywhere we've stayed with our dog before. The place is gorgeous, all newly renovated with the occasional antique as an accent, and super comfortable. Staff were very attentive. It's in a historic downtown area with a few restaurants/coffee shops within an easy walk. A nice park for walking the doggo (The Common) is a couple of blocks away. Great spot to base yourselves while exploring the Berkshires. We'll be back!

Super dog friendly!! The dog friendly rooms are on the second floor, so when you book make sure to call the hotel itself to reserve one. Gorgeous hotel, amazing food and super friendly staff who all love animals! They are dog and cat friendly. We brought our dog, and they made us feel at home. You can even hang out and eat and drink in their comfy lounge area attached to their restaurant and bar with your dog. We highly recommend and so does our dog Koa!! We will definitely be back!
