  Good stay

  The room was nice. The only downside was the 6th floor then cross the lobby out the door to the backside of the casino to take my dog potty. They need a little bigger area with a fence for safety because of the river.

  Great Experience

  We had a great experience. Bellman was extra helpful and our room had a great view of the Shreveport Boardwalk. Our room was got little to noise from hall traffic and our pup really enjoyed his experience.

  Big problems!

  Stayed with my dog and a friend. We got in the room and there were blood and urine stains on the sheets and also a spring hanging out of the mattress which cut my friend. Reported to front desk and was refunded, but cannot recommend.

  Wonderful stay

  This was the second time we’d stayed. Very quiet room, great riverwalk to let my dog stretch her legs and sniff around, and VERY helpful staff. We will definitely stay here again.

  Nice stay

  The room was absolutely great. I really did not see any of the issues by previous posters. The staff was extremely helpful. Only wished that the other restaurants were open to have more of a selection and not just the Sportsman restaurant. I really, really, really miss that buffet restaurant that used to be there.

  Couldn’t have been better!

  I was initially hesitant about booking at a casino while traveling cross country with my (2) 75+ lb dogs. But I could not have chosen a better place. The check-in was easy and the service was excellent. The room was clean and spacious. The food at the cafe was wonderful, fast and the service was also excellent there. Accessing the doggie area was easy and well lit at night. Thank you Bally’s for making my overnight peaceful. Was the best booking I’ve done through BringFido.

  Nice puppy hotel

  Beautiful room. Furniture and fixtures a bit outdated but everything was clean and comfortable. Have to walk through hotel and huge lobby to go outside but the river walk is pretty and dogs liked it.

  No problem with big dogs

  The room had enough space for our dog's big bed. Had a room right by the elevators. Dogs only allowed in rooms on the 5th and 6th floors. There's grass nearby to walk the dog. Too bad there were irresponsible parents that did not pick up after their dogs even though there were bags and a waste can right there.

  Doesn't live up to the brand

  The Pros: Pet friendly, spacious room and bathroom, nice front desk staff, clean room. Comfy bed. Free parking. Right on the river/great view of the Boardwalk. The Cons: NO MICROWAVE IN THE ROOMS. Want to heat up that doggy bag from dinner or some popcorn at 2am? Tough luck, because the ONLY place you could is downstairs at the café, which closes at midnight, btw. Also, by the time you go down to heat up your food, it's cold before you get back to your room again. The café's card machine didn't take my chip card. The tap function was broken so I had to order from Door Dash. Ice machine smelled of mold. The slots didn't pay out (for me) either.

  Also, the rooms could use some sprucing up; my room smelled faintly of smoke and old perfume, and the furniture was dusty and dated. After a Lysol wipe down, it was better. For a 4 star hotel, they should hire modern interior decorators and come into the 21st century. The parking lot elevators were dusty, too, and not well-maintained (litter, cobwebs) but were well-lit. In all, I would have been very upset had I paid regular price for this room instead of a weekday price (under $80). Lastly, my pup and I had no major problems and that is important. Would ONLY stay again if they remodel/update in the near future.

  The room was dated, only one ice machine worked out of 16 floors. The elevators didn’t work right either.

  Nice, spacious and quiet room!

  We stayed in the middle of the week and our room was very quiet and spacious. We got dinner downstairs which was nice to not have to drive. We were driving cross country and this was our favorite room we stayed in. The casino was clean and staff was very friendly. We were quite impressed and would love to stay here again!

  Dirty Dirty carpet

  We stayed on floor 6 and it was obvious it was a pet floor as soon as the elevator doors opened. The actual room was nice and spacious but our dog was constantly smelling the floor. It smelled like urine. There were scratches on the door where a small dog must of wanted out. So the carpets could be replaced by vinyl flooring or the carpet needs steamed cleaning! The beds dipped in the middle. The valet was closed. I totally understand everyone being short-handed though. The hotel has so much potential to get better but they need more employees. The receptionist at the front desk was rude when we checked out on Monday morning. She wasn't in the middle of the huge half moon desk. She was all the way at one end and it looked like we bothered her when we had spotted her way over at the end of the desk to check out. Will probably never stay here again. Has a lot of potential but right now....nope.

  Very Quiet/Great Bed

  While we did stay there on week days, there were several dogs on the 6th floor but very little noise. The bed was great and check in was a breeze. Parts of the room were immaculately cleaned and parts exceedingly dusty. There is no valet parking and 1 bellman on duty. There is no room service Monday -Tuesday.

  Great stay!

  Our little Westie was happy with our stay at Bally's! King bed was very comfortable and spacious, quiet hotel room! There is a grass patch on the side of hotel for fur babies to go potty that connects to a little park by the river. Would definitely stay again!

  Nice room, but

  Beautiful room, but the downstairs lobby area had an overwhelming perfume/air freshener (White Linen scent they said). It made my husband and I feel ill, it was so much! Otherwise the food and room was great. Our pup had a place to relieve herself, as well.

  Not ready for prime time

  Very little was as promised. No valet parking, no room service (no one answers the phone), and really gross bathrooms. The bell captain who helped when we got to our first room and found a broken door lock was a real bright spot. We won’t return.

  The stench is awful

  You smell the odor as soon as you get off the elevator. The room was worse. Thankful it was only one night. I couldn't get out of there fast enough.

  Nice clean rooms

  The rooms were clean and even though the pet rooms are on the 5th/6th floors I never had to wait longer than 30 secs for an elevator. Only downside was that there was no dog area that I could find but there were grassy patches around the casino. I would stay again.

  Good stay

  We actually stayed going and returning from Memphis. We like to gamble. The rooms were big and clean. Bathroom was also big and clean. Out small pet had a lot of space to run around.

  Beautiful Rooms

  The accommodations were wonderful. There was not a lot of space to walk the pups and it was a very dark area by the river. Not the safest but there was at least some traffic around.

  Comfortable and clean

  We found the Eldorado to be clean and comfortable. We did try to find a place close by for dinner and drinks, including in the hotel! The area is trying to revitalize but on a Tuesday night it was very quiet.

  Great hotel - pups loved it

  They have two pet floors so you don't have to worry about bothering others. We got in too late to partake in the casino offerings but checking in and getting both my dogs upstairs was a breeze. Highly recommend. The rooms are lovely as well!

  Bad doggy room

  Great hotel, nice bathroom but doggy room was disgusting. Carpet had lots of itinerary stains that the hotel decided to spray rather than replace carpet or better yet lay tile.

  Nice room!

  We were on the 6th floor a designated doggie floor, nice room easy access to (small) green space but only a quick drive to a fab dog park with a pond ( ours loves to swim!) muddy but joyous romp in summer there is apparently a dog rinsing station as well.

  Beautiful place - large comfortable - very accommodating to our dog Bella. Had a non- smoking dog floor ( we are very anti-smoking) which was awesome
