This hotel was a great stopover. Just off the highway meant little fooling around getting back on the highway in the morning. I recommend and stay again. When I was staying there was another person owner who refused to put their large dogs on leashes, and their dogs charged my dog. Luckily no injuries. I don’t blame the hotel for that, but do be aware that there may be other guests with similarly poor behavior.

This place is very accommodating. Has great amenities including a superb free breakfast. The room was a little ruff but it was very clean.

The staff are dog and people friendly. No specific dog walking area but it has a large parking lot around the building where Fido can get relief. As is typical for a Mexican town, there are no parks to walk your dog, so this is a 'one-night and we’re gone' kind of place.

Location was great as it was right off the Highway so easy access on and off. Rooms were ok, hotel could use some updating. Staff allowed us to have our dog right with us in the resteraunt……maybe because there weren’t many people there? But so nice not to have to leave him in the room while we ate or us having to eat in the room.

The room was in good condition except for the bathroom, it needed upkeep. There was no mini fridge or microwave, definitely missed them. Restaurant food was mediocre.

Beside a busy road and not much grass for the dogs. But the hotel is nice and all the employees I met were lovely.

They asked us about our dogs in a chatty way, with no shaming. The first room we were offered was upstairs and not at all close to an outside door. I refused it. They very kindly offered us another room on the first floor close to an outside door. Beds comfy, free breakfast very good, hotel was quiet on this Thursday night.

Always a comfortable hotel to stay. Reception staff A+. Only negative for us was the restaurant; the previous one was much more cozy & a great place for a relaxing dinner after driving all day - the replacement not so much.

The first room they put us in had a toilet that was disgustingly dirty. They gave us a second room, but we had to move all of our items from the second floor to the first by ourselves and we were exhausted from traveling. The AC didn’t work in the second room. The staff was lovely and the breakfast was pretty good.

When we arrived, the hotel had no power or running water (toilet would not even flush.) Later in the evening, the air unit came on, and water began running. But still no lights, television, and no wall outlet power to charge our phones. Glad we had a flashlight in the car. No hot water. Room chair had smelly uncleaned dog urine. Employees were kind. It is pet friendly, as advertised.

We stayed a couple of weeks ago on our way to PVR. the place was convenient coming from the North. Breakfast/room was ok. On our return we were given a nasty room and checked out. Still, they are pet friendly.

Dated facility, bathroom needed renovating, confusing layout. Breakfast is included, and it is generous but greasy (I ordered potatoes with sausage and they were swimming…). I was concerned about theft as I’m traveling with a soft-sided rooftop carrier and when I checked in there was no one manning the security booth. But everything survived the night, so maybe they have a guard who keeps an eye on things after dark. Not the worst place I’ve stayed in, but definitely not a 4-star hotel as advertised.

Quiet, peaceful, and clean. Great value here. And we were so excited to be offered a REAL breakfast after staying at 4 hotels prior to reaching MX. Would stay here again.

The hotel needs a face lift in the rooms as well as the halls. Had to move from one room to another to get internet, did not work in the first room.

Safe Stay: Four Points by Sheraton Saltillo has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place, and follows the Commitment to Clean (Marriott) cleanliness and sanitization policy.
