Online it stated that there was a courtyard for dogs but when I arrived there wasn't. The dogs had to use the bathroom on city property by a busy road. Bathroom was dirty. On the positive side, the pillows were fantastic!

In general I had a comfortable stay, however although the booking promised I could leave my dog in the room unattended for up to two hours, and also indicated there would be a bag of treats plus a map of dog friendly trails, there was no care package and the hotel had a sign a waiver stating that we wouldn't leave the dog unattended in room. The care package i wasn't so concerned about, but having that waiver sprung on us wasn't cool Not sure if it was a hotel issue or a communication issue with Bring Fido but other dog owners should be aware.

This hotel was very welcoming of pets which was nice. We got a second floor room right by the stairs for easy access to outside. they seemed to put all the dog rooms near each other so I don’t know if that was for access or they figure dog owners are more tolerant of barking. We definitely heard other dogs when going down the hallway. it didn’t bother us but might not be ideal if your dog reacts to barking. this hotel is great that you can leave the dog unattended for a few hours if necessary. The only time we did was when we went to the pool where you could book a 30-min time slot which was great!

Right downtown, blocks from the Inner Harbour and the Dallas Rd off-leash park, as well as lots of pubs and restaurants. Staff was delighted to welcome my pup, and gifted her with chews and a map of local dog parks. The pub has a dog-friendly patio, as well. All told, an excellent experience!

Brought two dogs here for a 2 night stay. Staff was super friendly to dogs and people. Hotel was clean and well kept. Right in downtown Victoria so easy walking to any attraction. Would stay again.

The staff were so welcoming and dog friendly. Everything was clean and location very practical; an easy walk to the ferry and downtown. When we arrived, they gave us a bag for my dog containing a milk bone, a doggy bag and a map of all the off leash dog parks in Victoria. You can leave your pet unattended in the hotel room for up to 2 hours while dining, etc. There is a cozy restaurant in the same building where you can eat breakfast and if you are a guest at the hotel you get 25% off the restaurant prices. Great memories!
