Voyager Rest Near Timberline Four Season Resort
Voyager Rest is ideally located to enjoy the incredible beauty of wild wonderful West Virginia! It is situated on a private 7+ acre lot, within Canaan Valley National Wildlife Refuge - within Old Timberline gated resort community. It offers complete privacy, yet is just minutes from countless outdoor pursuits.
The interior of Voyager Rest is exquisitely finished with antiques and collectables from around the globe. It is truly one of a kind. It includes, a large stone wood-burning fireplace, oak beams, antique hardwood and slate flooring, stone showers, and granite counter-tops fitted with hand-made copper sinks. Two kayaks are available to guests; one at each lake (Please see orientation).
Canaan Valley National Wildlife Refuge was the 500th National Wildlife Refuge (NWR) to be established in the United States. The refuge preserves a moist valley with unique wetlands and uplands at a relatively high elevation in the Allegheny Mountains.
Note guests have access to fishing at (2) lakes within the Old Timberline community <5min from the cabin - no fishing license required within the community.

Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total). Please use travel cage when you leave the cabin..

Children allowed: ages 0-17. Please bring gate for stairs if necessary.
Important to review orientation prior to arrival (provided by owner) and bring a copy along to guide and simplify overall process. Prior to departure inspect inside and outside of home and be sure not to leave any trash and personnel belongings.

Smoking is not permitted. Fire place does not mask smell of cigarette smoke.
