Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and nicely furnished. Handicap bathroom was accessible and clean. Dog walk area was right across from the room. We'll be staying here again.

Hotel is pretty run down. Room clean though. There's a nice grassy area for pets. Also, nice that there's no pet fee. Don't get a room by the metal stairs. It's very noisy and we had to switch rooms. Looks like they're trying to fix things up a bit.

The staff was very nice and there is a great restaurant, the Old Saw Mill, right next to it. But, the room is in disrepair and you can hear everything going on in the rooms next to you or above you.

Old, not kept up very well, room not very clean. Out door area had a lot of trash around. Jacuzzi tub not working. Very disappointed.

Worst of all places we stayed this road trip. Room smelled like an ashtray .... bathroom old and fan made loud noises.... thin walls , could hear everything in rooms around us.... also the night clerk had her three kids there with her and was dressed like a slob. I’d rather sieep in my car than at this motel. The stench in the room made us physically ill and it permeated they the vents, the bedding .... I would give it zero bones or less if I could !!!

Room was very clean, no carpets (Yay!) and the bed comfy. Very dog friendly! I was in a bit of a bind traveling cross-country (relocating) with my two older dogs and the staff was super friendly and very accommodating! This location is very close to restaurants. I was provided a helpful list of local eateries with their addresses. Made finding places easy. I definitely recommend this location!

We have stayed here twice in the last week. Is needs updates and the breakfast wasn’t much to speak of. But the beds were very comfortable and the staff was friendly. NO PET FEE

Reviews are always mixed. A 2nd location for me in Arkansas. This one wasn't much better. First room had dirty sheets & very bad paint, flooring, & resurfacing of tub/shower. I believe they should seriously seek more qualified contractors. Asked for another room & at least had clean sheets but they were old & worn down & one blanket had what looks like a cigarette burn. Supposed to be non-smoking. Like they care? Top it off with what looks like water damage on ceiling & over bath. Again; cheap labor to just make it "look" nice. Not fixing underlying problems. I'm disappointed again with Red Roof Inn. I doubt I'll ever book with them again.

Surprised to find a clean quiet and reasonably priced hotel. We all slept well! No carpet and a big field to walk the dog! If only the breakfast were better!

Would given a rating of 3.5 if possible. Clean and comfortable. Funky smell from cleaning agents and yucky breakfast but everything else was very good.
