Very satisfied. After initially being assigned a room with very noisy HVAC and faulty tv, we were quickly re-assigned to a new room that was very nice. Room (and hotel in general) was clean. Bed and pillows better than expected! Bath towels were plush. Everything worked. Certainly not 5 star, but perfectly fine. Dog was fine and staff was friendly and helpful.

After traveling 15 hours, it was good to get out of the car for more than 20 min. Our room was clean, quiet, and bed comfortable. There were only 2 bath towels (no hand towel or was cloths). Breakfast was provided and the coffee was good.

Nice location right off the highway on the border but questionable surroundings. Customer service on point!

The room was very clean, it is an older hotel but well kept. Nice pool and grass area for pups. Two restaurants that you can walk to that welcomes pets. Denny’s and the BBQ. Great road trip stop!!!

The room was small for two adults and two small dogs. There was grass at the back entrance. The breakfast for humans was good. The bed was comfortable. There were no cups provided; had a coffee maker but no coffee. No special help, dog treats, or water bowls provided. Hotel was very clean and professionally staffed.
