Great location and friendly staff. Nice bar upon check-in. Nice balcony overlooking the London Bridge. Only issue was the shower head position and sliding door were set up in a way that the water would get all over the floor even with the door shut.

We loved our stay at the Heat Hotel! Beautiful view of the London Bridge and a short walk to the dog park. Also, a very good, dog-friendly Mexican restaurant next to the hotel and a short walk to the other side of the bridge to a great breakfast restaurant! Would love to stay here again!!

Great location for our dog. We were on the lower floor and could walk him to a park with a dog park easily. Very nice room; only complaint would be no microwave. We were traveling with a Rottie.

This was our first time visiting Lake Havasu City. We have two dogs so I used BringFido. It was wonderful at the Heat Hotel! It’s a smaller boutique type hotel right at the London Bridge! Clean, modern and VERY dog friendly. The staff was SO nice and SO friendly. They have a little bar set up and have happy hour prices from 3pm-6. We got drinks and sat with the dogs on the outdoor couches overlooking the water. Next to the hotel is a good Mexican restaurant which we got takeout from and ate on our room balcony overlooking the London Bridge. Places within easy walking distance had outside patio areas that were dog friendly for other lunches and dinners. Dog park also within walking distance. LOVED our stay!

Location is superb (for Fido off leash dog park less than 5-minute scenic walk from hotel; for owner dog friendly restaurants and cafés even closer). The rooms (we had a king bed) are spacious with a balcony that faced the London Bridge. Staff (Michael at front desk as well as others) were friendly and very customer oriented. Parking directly in front of the hotel. What is there not to like? If one really would search for an issue, my personal preference for hotels in general would be to replace small (toiletry) plastic bottles with refillable wall mounted dispensers. Less plastic on the landfill surely should be everyone's goal.

We enjoyed our stay in our suite right on the lake. Our dog was welcomed with open arms by the front desk reception. Only issue for us was that the large sliding doors onto the public promenade didn't have any sheers to partially block people walking by, which our dog thought was the perfect opportunity to bark at them. It was either full blackouts or nothing. But nobody complained. There was a number of good restaurants nearby. We will stay here again the next time we are in Lake Havasu.

Pros: Awesome views of the London Bridge, I mean it's right there. Staff is awesome and very helpful and friendly. Cons:$50 Pet fee is high. Also they put us on the third floor which gives you a great view but you got to take Fido up and down.

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Heat hotel with our 2 fur babies! The hotel is in a great location with a beautiful view! We were walking distance to so many things which was extremely convenient and the the town was so dog-friendly. My only complaint is the scratchy soap and the thermostat which is similar to one you have at home but notes not to place under 72 degrees. It’d be nice to be able to turn on a fan when it’s hot or instant warmth for the cold nights.

This hotel was amazing! Wonderful view of the London Bridge from our balcony. Clean and quiet. Comfortable bed and a huge jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. Hostess was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!!

traveling with 3 dogs isn’t easy but the heat was welcoming and accommodated our entire family. great location, walking distance from shops restaurants, and dog park. if you’re traveling with dogs (even during covid) this is your spot!
