I wish the place was as clean as the staff was nice. Mold in our bathroom sink, carpet stained all over the place. Only 1 elevator worked and the hallways to and from room stunk. We won’t be back but the staff did a great job!

We arrived with our 2 dogs, and our 2 cats (who were supposed to have gone on separately before that, but we were still stuck with them). In spite of the 2-pet limit, they said it was fine to bring the cats, too.

When we 1st got here it looked nice from the outside. The people in the front desk were nice when we checked and booked, but as soon as we got our room the room was filthy and not cleaned right; the stove in the personal kitchen didn't work, their were all kinds of bugs and roaches in the building. Every floor smelled like cigarette smoke even though the hotel staff said it was a smoking free hotel. And the front desk people including the manager were very rude when we checked out. I do not recommend anyone staying here.

Nothing here for dogs except a $50 pet fee paid directly to hotel when I thought it was already paid through BringFido. No amenities. Ok for one night. We were on the third floor.
