You will have the entire apartment suite all to yourself. The suite is self-contained and entirely yours to reside in.
The only shared areas are the large porch (spans the width of the front of building, has table & chairs, deck chairs and sun loungers) and the garden/yard (BBQ and Picnic Table provided).

We are just a few minutes’ walk to the beaches and nearby amenities, including a 24h convenience store, the shops and pharmacy at Centennial Towers, gas station, the supermarket Fosters, restaurants (such as Alfresco’s, Heritage Kitchen and The Diner), gym, salon and more!
Beach distances are as follows - travelling via car, you're there in seconds / within a minute:
200m - 4-way beach access via steps
370m - West Bay public beach (here there are gazebos & restroom facilities)
800m - Cemetery Beach (a renowned area of Seven Mile Beach)
The best way to get around the island is by car. Free parking is available at the complex. Alternatively, for budget travellers, or if you're just here to relax on the beach, the island has good bus transportation. The nearest bus stop is just around the corner at the West Bay four-way intersection.

• PRE-STOCKING SERVICES: Have your groceries, beach gear, diving gear, childcare items and more, waiting in your suite when you arrive. (Items purchased/rented separately through our partners). INFANTS & CHILDREN: Child-friendly amenities (cribs, high chairs, baby seats, etc.) are available for rent. Order them directly with our partners, or we can arrange for you with at least 3 days’ notice.
• EASY DEPARTURE. No departure chores. Free departure cleaning.
• PETS. Maximum 2 pets per stay (pre-approval required - please contact us for prior consent – you will need to abide by the terms of our pet policy).
• NO ANNOYING UPFRONT FEES. NO additional guest fees (as long as maximum number of guests specified in this listing are not exceeded). NO pet fee!
**ISLAND PORCH & GARDEN**
At Blue Pavilion, guests can enjoy our spacious and peaceful porch and large garden area. The porch and garden come equipped with table & chairs, picnic tables, BBQ, deck chairs and sun loungers, perfect for relaxation. This laid-back island-style retreat is adorned with palm trees, beautiful pink desert roses, and other local flora. For a unique touch, our garden is home to various fruit trees, including mango, naseberries, and moringa. Feel free to pick and savour these tropical fruits when they're in season, for a fresh treat straight from our grounds.
**COMMUNITY CAT PROGRAM**
We're proud to support our local feline friends at Blue Pavilion! A growing community of cats has found a home on the exterior west side of our building. Our resident cats range from the sociable to the shy, and we even have kittens who have been warmly welcomed into the Blue Pavilion family.
We're proud of our Community Cat Program which includes a Cat Sponsorship and a dedicated Cat Feeding Station. This initiative supports the health and well-being of our resident cats and contributes to the unique character of Blue Pavilion.
For guests who are cat lovers or interested in contributing to our Community Cat Program, please feel free to contact your Host for more information. Your involvement can make a real difference in the lives of our furry friends!
**CHICKENS**
Note also: it's not uncommon to see chickens wandering around, it's an island thing! The island has many roosters that start making noise before 6am. This does not bother most guests but, if you are a very light sleeper, we recommend bringing ear plugs.

No candles or open flames are allowed inside the building. *NO SMOKING - SMOKING INDOORS OR ON THE FRONT PORCH IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED *NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES OR ACTIVITIES anywhere on the premises *NO UNREGISTERED OCCUPANTS. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Visitors allowed (up to 2 visitors for 2 hours at a time between 9 am to 10 pm); visitors staying beyond that time period or overnight, are considered additional occupants. *PETS are allowed with prior pre-approval only (maximum 2 pets per stay; fees and pet policy apply). *TODDLERS & CHILDREN UNDER 12 are allowed. We just ask that you send any special requests at least 48 hours before check-in (fees may apply for child-friendly amenities).
