We are making a cross country military move and used the BringFido app to book every room. So far we’ve been pleased, but this entire hotel smells like weed! We were downstairs (no elevator) making it impossible to “trolley” all of our bags. Room smelled like pee. Cannot recommend this place as there are much nicer pet-friendly hotels. Totally regret staying here! Just don’t do it.

We spent one night with our Newfypoo, Abby. The room was clean, but the bathroom was dated. The breakfast was good. They have nice grassy areas next to the hotel. Unfortunately, lazy dog owners did not pick up their dog poop! We would stay there again if we were in Caldwell.

This facility is a little worn at the edges but was a decent stay for the area. Dog facility is really quite good. It lacks an off-leash area but makes up for it by having lots of open grass space to take the dogs out walking.

The window heater was terrible, turned on and off every 5 mins and smelled. The remodel job was really bad and looks like it was never completed. Didn't feel safe. Bed was very uncomfortable. We would never stay there again. Paying the same amount to stay at beautiful Hyatt in downtown Boise, only 20 mins away. We have a huge room, very clean, free Starbucks.

Staff friendly and pleasant. Outside grassie areas were very nice for our little dog. The area of improvement pertaining to room maintenance. They need to not make half-ass room repairs, either do it correctly or not at all. Room 215 needs maintenance!
