Everyone was extremely rude. I’d had extremely stressful move and apt was broken into night before so I went to hotel to destress and look forward new place to live. I told check in person could you please give me something close by because I have a lot of stuff and two dogs but it’s really hard to schlep stuff far away. He told me repeatedly he had given me a room in the south tower which was closer and then gave me the key to something in the north tower which I found out after I got all the way up to the room with all my stuff and my dogs Room was filthy. Fingernails on the floor of bathroom. Locks on door didn’t work. Linens smelled bad not clean. Not a dog friendly hotel. Huge wedding events in lobby and impossible to walk dogs through.

They treated my dog like a king- lots of treats for him. I was able to sit in the bar area and have dinner with him. This is a really nice place to stay for both of us.

I stay at the Renaissance frequently for work. On my most recent business trip, I brought my dog. The staff has been so accommodating and friendly to both of us. We will definitely stay here again!
