All the staff was accommodating and helpful. I have quite a large dog and he's still a puppy really. Even the one staff member that was scared of dogs and was even up on the counter at one point, was nothing but friendly from a top the cabinet, LOL.

Room was dated, scruffy. Long story- they billed us twice. Called at 10pm to tell us card didn’t go thru. I had it in our credit card statement that it did go thru. She insisted on rerunning it. Next morning front desk says we were charged for two rooms. Employees have no authority and had no idea if manager would come in. Finally did refund money. No apology. Manager made employee call us. They obviously don’t care at all. One out of two keys did not work. No plastic cups because “they forgot to order them.” Morning front desk clerk had no idea where a working ice machine was located. We did call corporate and someone will get back to us in a week. It just bothers me they will continue to act like this with no consequences, just taking people’s money.

Zero bones. Such a rude human at the front desk. The room had bugs. Kids were running in the pool after midnight. We left after being there for 10 minutes and again the lady at the front desk said she couldn’t help us. Worst experience ever.

Nice enough place. No continental breakfast right now because of Covid. The only issue we had was we needed to do laundry but they didn’t have a change machine and no quarters at the front desk. If not for that I would rank it at 5 instead of 4.
