Older but well kept hotel. Good heat, hot water, quiet at night, good dog areas outside. Not fancy, but good location close to Allen County Coliseum and lots of shopping and restaurants. Close to Home Depot and Lowe’s if you have to fix a crate unexpectedly!

We were on the third floor. The dogs had a lot to sniff in the carpet (yikes). The room was not super clean, but it was a place to sleep overnight and we were able to bring the dogs, so I guess that’s a win.

Only 2 towels in room for 3 adults and 2 children. Had no extras at front desk. No pool towels so bring your own. No big breakfast! Ran out of some food at 0800. General Manager and staff friendly. Room was nice but floor needed shampooing. Stayed in worse places so would not write them off of return visit list just didn't have all amenities available.

Booking was prepaid through BringFido but the hotel charged me the full price as well. When I challenged the charge, the hotel charged me an additional $25 pet fee while waiting on my $120 refund. Still waiting and not happy!
