The super friendly, professional, dog-loving staff were great in helping us upgrade to a suite able to host 7 family members for dinner so we could include our dogs. The room was spotless and up to date, plenty of room to walk dogs, and a super convenient side entrance to go out with the pups!

I already paid for my stay through BringFido. The only fee I was expecting to pay was the pet fee of $50. Upon arriving, I was charged $177 and change for the room. I showed him my reservation and that it was already paid for. He had to contact BringFido and he finally got it straightened put. Upon checkout and after I left, I was again charged $122. I had to call on the road and again explain that all I should have been charged was $50 for the pet fee. I was told hours ago it would be figured out and an email would be sent. Still waiting....the hotel was nice but what a royal pain. So now I've paid almost $300 for a room and no help from the hotel.

The hotel was awesome. We only stayed one night so it was a little over kill for us to have the kitchenette but if you were staying several days it would be awesome. They made Murphy totally welcome and the grounds had a lot of green space for him to walk and take care of his business (it was well maintained and did have a lot of "leftovers" from other dogs). The beds were comfortable and the room clean and well maintained. I would recommend!

This was such a nice place to stay! There were a ton of other animals staying there at the same time as us, but I think I had the only cat there. The staff was all friendly and my cat loved being able to sit in the windowsill and get under the bed to play.
