The staff are great and accommodating for pets. There wasn't any bowls or treats provided which was a little disappointing and unfortunate as I forgot our travel bowl. But the staff brought something for me to use and we made do.

Reasonably priced room with just a $25 pet fee. The listing did say that treats bowls and poop bags were provided but we had to ask at the front desk to get a single bowl and a few bags. The grassy area is good size but no trash receptacles for full poop bags. We felt like he was welcome though and the room was comfortable and clean.

Sure, I could give this place 5 bones for allowing a dog but the accommodations are so tired, worn, and broken I can't bring myself to review it that way. Here's my son's review of the hotel: Oh dear, this hotel is worrisome. The hotel elevator was dirty and disgusting. Water from the elevator floor made my shoes squeak at every step. From the horrendous elevator, I made it to my room that wasn't much better. The floors were so dirty that taking off your socks seemed like a foreign ritual. The couch was dirty as well with spots that patterned the fabric. When I went to plug in my charger, I found that the outlet was escaping from the wall and it was an inch away from falling to the floor. The shower head that was originally white was riddled with mold which made it seem black. The room service was unacceptable. It took 45 mins to get my sheets from the front office. I kept getting told that they "are going to be right up" but I guess that was a straight up lie. To add insult to injury, the walls were thin with noise breaking through them, no hair dryer, no iron and rickety trolleys. So, no I don't recommend this place. I actually hope you don't come here because it was scary.

Room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, there was only one towel, no hand towel, no wash cloth. There was loud music and children playing loudly in hallway. Several items hit our windows. We did not feel safe.

I've learned when traveling with a giant dog, you're not going to get the Ritz Carlton. The place was completely adequate place to rest, however the facilities have lacked some pretty basic upkeep (including pickup the trash outside, nobody likes litter) and maybe the pried screen window isn't a great look re: feeling secure either. The bed was fine, the shower was fine, the in-room freezer sucked, and the temperature controls annoyed me -but- my dog was with me and we had an awesome weekend, I'm grateful you acccepted him.

Being locals and owner of a large dog, I turned to BringFido to a pet friendly hotel for one night. We made reservations at the Best Western. Very friendly greeting for arriving at 10pm. The room was ok, it had been updated, it served its purchase and at a very reasonable price. They did charge $25 for large dog but others charged $100 or didn’t take big dogs. I would recommend, just don’t expect anything special.
