The city started housing homeless people here and they've brought crime with them. Neighboring businesses have been burgled and cars broken into. Avoid this place, it's not safe.

The bed was like sleeping on the floor, the room was what you expect for <$100. I forgot my phone, tracked it with find my phone and called the hotel. It was in the room. They said, after looking, it was not in the room. I can’t say for sure but between the two calls, my phone was shut off?? Be careful.

No trash can, 1 large towel doubling as bath mat, rug around bed stunk, no tissues or minor amenities. Bare bones accommodation.

My staff at the hotel was very comfortable. The hotel is in the midst of renovation, but I was not inconvenienced at all. The staff is very friendly. Good place to stay while visiting Michigan.

This place looks okay from the outside but it appears to permanently house homeless and mentally ill people in many of the rooms. The police were called at 4am as 2 people argued outside. One woman was sitting in a car by herself and just cursing like crazy. Another was smoking weed outside the office. Our 1st room smelled like smoke, yet I signed that we would not smoke. Also the TV had been stolen. We requested a new room. Had I not pre-paid and had few choices to bring our dog, we would have left. We did not feel safe here at all. So not choose this hotel. The only person who seemed normal was the young woman who checked us out. I believe I interrupted her calling the police when I walked into office, as there was another event brewing in the parking lot.

It was nice to be able to stay with 3 large dogs, but the room wasn’t very clean. There was the hair of the previous was still in the tub and on the bathroom floor, the carpet was soaking wet on one side of the bed. I guess that’s why it was so cheap.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This place is unsafe! Screaming matches in the lobby and parking lot at all hours, residents smoking various substances in many doorways, busted safety lock on my door. Glad I had my pit bull with me. Still felt the need to barricade the door for a good night's sleep.

The older lady that worked last night was so kind she did her best with what was given her. She accommodated our needs. Unfortunately the food was quite shabby, no lampshade, no tv remote, buttons missing on the phone and air conditioner, stains on the sheets. Loud noises at night: car revving, music, loitering, but because of that woman that was working last night, I’ll give a good rating :)

This place was awful! I tried three rooms before I gave up and requested a refund. The first room smelled horribly like cigarettes (even though the place is all non-smoking). The second room was filthy. The third room was dirty and smelly. We gave up after that and went elsewhere. DO NOT STAY HERE>

This place is a dump. I checked in, we walked to our room past the various people smoking in their doorways. Walked into the smelly room, dirt smeared on the walls, smell so bad I couldn’t close the door. My daughter pooled back a bed sheet it was covered in pubic hair and stains. Suffice to say we did not stay.
