  Super Clean!

  I’m sure the hotel repurposes rooms that will house dogs. Our puppies had no idea there were other dogs at or previously at this property. I also stay at Hampton Inns on business and this property meets or exceeds my expectations! Bravo!

  Great breakfast

  Hotel room was a little small and somewhat dated but clean. Not a lot of grass but our fur baby is just 5 lbs so it was sufficient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had. Buffet had eggs, bacon, potatoes abs a waffle making station. There was also cold cereal, fruit abs yogurt. We would stay again.

  Decent stay

  Decent room, not much around the property for the dogs but was close to restaurants and shopping. I’m a Hilton Diamond member and this hotel is not a great representation of Hilton. Beds were ok.

  Very clean

  Clean. No pet fees. Not a lot of potty areas and not the most quiet/ sound-proof we've ever experienced, but not 100% concrete and by no means loud.
  Will definitely stay at this location if need arises again.

  Wonderful staff

  This hotel is one of the BEST we have stayed in. Staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. We were greeted every time we walked past a staff member. Excellent customer service is rare these days. No pet fee, treats and doggie “business” bags available at the front desk. Park and food within walking distance. Rocky and I highly recommend and will definitely be back!

  Staff was great, room was clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the breakfast. No pet fee is added bonus.

  Hampton Inn in Blue Springs - Great place!

  The lady who checked us in at Kansas City's Hampton Inn at Blue Springs was very kind and helpful. The pet policy at this hotel is NO PET FEES, so our two dogs stayed for free! We were especially grateful as this is a bereavement trip from Washington state to North Carolina to bury my brother who died tragically and unexpectedly a few days ago. Each kindness we receive along the way is greatly appreciated. The pet policy here is very unusual as so many places either refuse pets or charge a fortune for them. Thank you KC Hampton Inn at Blue Springs. We will see you again on our way home.

  Great Value

  This hotel was clean and comfortable and cost much less than others we stayed at on our trip. Staff was friendly. No pet fees! There was not a great dog walking area but we made due with grass patches around the parking lot. I would definitely stay again.

  Super clean and comfy!

  My cat and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel on our drive from Denver to Florida. It was spotless, very comfy bed, and the staff were all very nice!

  Friendly to dogs

  The staff is friendly with dogs and owners. It’s clean and they provide dog bones and waste baggies. We’re staying an additional night, since it went so well the first night.

  Review

  After 600 miles in the truck my hoomans and I were all we ready for a good bed. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. I had plenty of green grass nearby by to take care of business. Staff was very friendly and they keep dog treats on the counter. I’ll be be staying here again with my hoomans.

  Wonderful

  Driving back to Minnesota from a long road trip with our two dogs. I couldn’t be happier. Our room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Just what I expect out of Hampton.

  Our room had a sofa, microwave and mini fridge. The staff in the breakfast area and the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. They even offered our dogs treats.

  All this, and NO PET FEE. Will I stay here again? You Betcha

  Poor customer service

  No special requests. Needed 1 room for myself and pets to prevent anxiety and damage to room. Was told I had to have 2 rooms, a very expensive 1 night stay. No pet area that was safe for walking I fell on tree roots. Breakfast was cold and sparse I would not recommend cost is expensive too.

  No Fee for Doggie (Whoopi!)

  A very nice room (not a "dog room" per se) in a nice hotel is such a treat for my best friend and me, and not having to pay extra just to get my pal in the door is much appreciated. Thank you Hampton Inn K.C. Blue Springs!

  Great Location and Staff

  Staff was super helpful and met some other puppies staying there. The pet policy I signed at hotel said I was not allowed to leave dogs alone, which was not a problem but different than what BringFido stated.
