This hotel needs to up grade the electrical, or at the very least fix it before it has a fire. The one plug was not secured to the wall. The light in the bathroom didn’t work (flickered). All the light switches are filthy and or cracked. The sink is rusting and they couldn’t even take care in putting the light fixture straight. So is it properly installed? Housekeeping doesn’t know how to vacuum in the corners. Continental breakfast was a joke. Anyone that takes such little care of the rooms does not care about their visitors.

Stayed here for a weekend. Room was clean but everything could have used an update. Plenty of grass to potty the dog and it was well lit, but I did not see any poop bags/containers unless I was not in the right area. The hotel has 2 buildings. The one I was in did not have an elevator, which could have been a problem but I was on the ground floor. There was an ice machine but no vending machines for soda or snacks. I had put a do not disturb sign on the door because I didn't want any staff to come in while I was gone. When checking out, I noticed a sign saying that maid/cleaning services were only available on a limited basis. I possibly would stay here again since it was very close to the dog show venue.

Quiet place on first floor, patch of grass area for dog relief. One of staff gave dogs a nice treat. My only complaint is you should have to pay a deposit and get it back if your pet has been good. We are tired of having to pay because others let their pets do damage and do not pick up after them.

The room was not properly cleaned or sanitized; I found a used coffee pouch in the coffee pot which of course had not been cleaned. There was mold growing around the top of the toilet tank just below the lid. Toilet paper roll holder was crusty and rusty. I will be cancelling this hotel res on the way home!!!

Friendly staff, grassy area out back, room was clean. Room has mostly carpet. Breakfast was adequate (coffee, toast, bagel, sausage gravy, biscuits, apples, cereal, etc). Good for a one night rest.

The room was adequate and had a frig which was nice. It was clean and the bed was comfy. However, it was very inexpensive so don't expect the Hilton quality. The area to walk the dog was pretty small but the hotel was at the end of the road which was nice.

Friendly reception. Hotel under renovation so expect imperfections in guest rooms. But the hotel staff was very helpful in problem solving. Everything worked perfectly during our staying.

We just spent one night but the room was very comfortable, the staff very nice, and plenty of grass area to walk our Labradoodle. When going through Columbia again, we know where to stay.

We can't say enough about the support staff. We had issues with the TV and within 10 minutes they duty manager personally swapped it out for a new unit. Location was good with access to many local eateries. Highly recommend.

The pictures make it seem much more maintained than it really is. Overall nothing bad happened, which was basically all I was wishing. But I would never stay again.
