My experience at this location was very disappointing, and I wish that I would have searched reviews before we arrived. The room was absolutely filthy. There was dried green mucous on the walls, curtains, and one of the pillows. The floors were disgusting, and it was clear that none of the surfaces had been disinfected.

Room was disgusting. There was unidentifiable substances on the walls and sheets. People were yelling in the parking lot and it felt very unsafe. We left as soon as we saw has gross the room was.

Nothing felt clean. The sheets and towels were stained and yellowish. There were dust clumps hanging from the ceiling and the floor was completely torn up in places.

Staff friendly but rooms are not clean. I didn’t even shower because the bathroom was not clean. Parked, began unpacking my things and was immediately solicited for a hand out.

While the front desk staff was great — welcoming and friendly — the room itself was too tight to navigate with a 65 lb. dog. The furniture was too large for the space. Worse though was the lack of cleanliness. The room was dirty — dust on furniture, floors not clean. Additionally, there were some safety concerns. Cars filled with people which sat in the parking lot for extended periods of time. Bathroom showed leakage from the unit above. A disappointment to say the least.

Met the owner. He takes great pride in his motel. Many improvements made since the last time we stayed there 6 months ago. My dog and I stay here when we pass through Columbia. Easy access Right off of the highway.

We booked this hotel and when we arrived couldn’t believe the ratings it had received. There was what looked to be a homeless man sleeping between buildings, glass from discarded alcohol bottles outside the motel, people hanging around, and police vehicles patrolling. Our “non-smoking” room stunk and we immediately went back to check out and get a refund. We realized the reviews were about a year old. I don’t know what has happened, but the area seems unsafe and unsavory.
