  Great for the pup

  My pup loved the huge green area behind the hotel. Things weren’t quite as great for the humans. The pillows were super flat and smelled a little musty, and there were some stains on the carpet, but overall it was a good stay and a good value.

  Room was neat and clean. AC was a little noisy along with the people in the adjacent room.

  Great location

  Staff courteous & helpful. Room was clean. Not location's fault (rude guests) but lots of waste on green spaces.

  Comfortable, Great Location

  Easy access. Parking is tight. It would be tough on a busy night if you were towing anything. The breakfast was awesome. Not too much area for doggie business, but sufficient for our little dog. If your nose is sensitive, you may wish to avoid the pet rooms. There is a fairly strong odor, probably from cleaning. It was not noticeable in other areas. We would stay again

  Nice Clean Hotel

  Friendly staff, room had a outside door for convenient access to dog park. Air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool.

  Great but feels old

  Stayed for a single night as I was passing though Missouri. The hotel felt old, but sheets and bed felt great. Look forward to staying here again.

  Friendly Staff and Comfortable beds

  The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable - it was stuffy at first but it cooled down quickly. There is a long stretch of green space to walk your dogs. We appreciated the hot breakfast.

  Friendly and Helpful

  This hotel was very comfortable. The room was clean and accommodating and the location was convenient and close to the interstate. The desk clerk, Leonard, was very friendly and helpful. I needed my cold packs frozen for the next day's travel and he put them in the kitchen freezer for me. There was a nice area to walk my dog. In the morning the kitchen manager, Cheryl, returned my freezer packs to me. The free continental breakfast had some variety. Greenstay made traveling with a pet trouble free. I would recommend this hotel.

  Sufficient

  There really wasn’t much “green” amenities happening in this “eco-friendly” hotel. It was damp & musty. The toilet was running when I arrived in my room. There are no updated low flow water options or led lights. There are single use plastic items and no conditioner or hand soap if you didn’t bring your own. The bed is incredibly bouncy, so I’m glad my husband wasn’t on this trip to share the bed with. If you stay in a room near the highway, you hear everything. However, there is grass around the hotel to walk your dog which is nice and the staff seemed decently friendly. It was fine for one night but I wouldn’t want to stay much longer.

  Love our stay!

  What a wonderful experience we had here. We felt so welcomed by the staff and the hotel was also clean and very comfortable. Thank you, Greenstay! We wish there were more of you.

  Great breakfast & our pup was happy!

  Breakfast was great, very clean hotel, friendly staff, and not hard to find! We were very happy our family dog got to stay with us!

  Favorite spot

  After driving cross country multiple times, this has been one of our fave stays with our pup. Huge green space behind the hotel with a few rooms having a second door that ipens right to the back, perfect for potty breaks and loading in/out. Also very friendly staff, fresh coffee and clean rooms. Furniture is a bit dated but very clean!

  This hotel is second to none for a facility that will take pets. The rooms are 5 star and everything about our stay was top notch.

  The room was amazing for the price. The employees were very nice and attentive. The hotel is well located a short distance from a lot of amenities.

  Great Stay

  Front desk was really nice they had treats for pets at the desk. Our room was near an exit so we didn’t have to walk far if our dog had to use the restroom and fewer noisy neighbors. Overall great stay!

  Wonderful for our pet

  Greenstay’s staff welcomed our pet and placed us for easy access to outside. It’s a beautiful hotel. Having our dog with us was important for family weekend at college.

  The room was nice and clean the beds were comfy, the area was good and staff was wonderful and friendly. They were very welcoming of our pup.
