  Pass next time

  They text to let you know you are expected and for any additional info. I answer verifying my dog, my request for ground floor, my late arrival. I arrive late, to find no dog expected and a top floor room. And they blame it on booking site. It wasn’t an acceptable enough room, location or service to overlook the original booking request. This is the first negative review I have ever posted.

  Good Stay!

  Very clean and so reasonably priced! Even though it’s near all sorts of medical facilities, the area has lots of trees and sidewalks with grass on both sides, so convenient for walking our pup! Would definitely stay again!

  Staff went above and beyond

  Because of a mixup in booking (we should have called BringFido for a same day booking) we weren't able to stay here. But hotel staff went beyond and found us a different hotel at no extra cost to us. Thank you, Hilltop Inn!

  Off the beaten path

  This hotel is by the hospital. No designated poop area but you have a lot of sidewalks to walk your dog and relieve themselves. Poop bags are by the door in case you forget yours. Beds were comfortable. Would stay again.

  Clean!

  I stayed here twice in one week. The rooms were impeccably clean. There were poop bags and a trash can just inside the door.

  Great dog friendly place!

  I love this place. My dogs were welcome, rooms were clean and spacious, good location. I would definitely stay here again.

  Sheepadoodle was treated great

  Hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a central location for walks to a large park or strolls downtown. Hotel offers a great complimentary hot breakfast buffet and meals made to order at a fair price. My Sheepadoodle was greeted each time she passed the front desk and offered a dog treat. In the evening they make popcorn for all. Highly recommended place to stay.

  Very unassuming

  This was a great first stop on our cross-country drive. Billings is a nice walkable town and Hilltop was situated in a great location, despite the oddity of sharing space with an adjoining hospital. Room was well kept, neat with comfortable bedding and clean bathroom. Decently priced room too. We will stay here again.

  Quiet neighborhood, very dog friendly

  This is a nice place! Although it is adjacent to the hospital, it is away from busy traffic. Complimentary popcorn at the check-in desk ( my wife loved this). Courteous and friendly staff. Very dog friendly. Nice quiet neighborhood to walk the dog. Good breakfast with several options. Would definitely stay again.

  Might want to call and ask for first floor. We got second floor. Nice hot free breakfast items. Quiet location next to hospital.

  Don’t let the location fool you

  Yes this hotel is near a hospital but is not in a hospital. You will occasionally here a helicopter landing but it didn’t disturb our sleep. Forgot or can’t find your dog’s waste bags, no problem because they have some nicely folded in a basket as you head out the door. Their breakfast was not half bad either.

  Quiet, very clean, great location

  Enjoyed staying at this site. Nice breakfast, sitting area is cozy, comfortable rooms, immaculate and quiet.

  Weird location, quiet & clean

  It’s literally at the hospital, you turn into the parking lot at the sign for the ER which seems very strange. But it was very quiet, didn’t hear any ambulances, and very clean. Good if you’re just passing through and just want a clean place to sleep & shower. Bonus points because there’s a Starbucks very close and on the way to get back on I 90.

  Location was fine

  I depend on WiFi while traveling and it never worked during my stay. They refused a partial refund.I was traveling with my small dog and there were no suggestions about where to get some dinner

  Clean with lots of grass

  The room was clean and had no odor. There were lots of green areas. A little odd as it’s in the hospital parking lot. Nice dog park in Billings but the GPS isn’t right. It’s just beyond where it takes you and across the street.

  Quiet and Friendly

  So this hotel is right next to the hospital so we expected to be really, really noisy but not at all. Rooms were comfortable. Our dog welcomed with a treat. Nice walking areas with sidewalks and beautiful neighborhoods to meander through. Not very close to downtown so a bit out of the way but for a road trip the perfect oasis despite being next to a hospital.

  Quiet place

  THE LOCATION WAS SURPISINGLY QUIET EVENTHOUGH IT IS NEAR THE CLINIC. FRONT DESK PERSONNEL WERE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY MADE MY DOG AND ME FEEL WELCOME THERE.

  Hilltop Inn by Riversage, Billings

  Staff were very nice and helpful. Hotel is older facility with old elevator. My dog was terrified and was very traumatized by the experience of having to ride in it. As a result, I checked out after 1 night. The manager was sympathetic and waived the fee for the second night. Location is convenient and easy to walk dog. Starbucks neat.

  Super dog friendly!

  This hotel was great-very clean, comfortable, and free hot breakfast. We found all of the staff to be super friendly and they offered our dogs milk bones every time we walked by the front desk ☺️ highly recommended!
