Easy check-in, and nice looking room. Cons: door knob was partially broken, light fixture missing cover, only 2 towels, no black out curtain, and light from parking area and next door Walgreens very bright. Hallways should be monitored for garbage left by residents. Side doors to parking area not secured. We liked the area but will look for better accommodations.

To start, I booked the Holiday Inn & Suites only to receive an ominous email from BringFido saying the hotel rebranded as Comfort Inn & Suites. When we showed up at the Holiday Inn, they did not have our reservation. We went to the Comfort Inn and as soo. As we walked in, we were overpowered with the smell of weed. I checked and went to park the car where I encountered a mans trying to get in all the cars until he found his, then he proceeded to snort drugs in his car. When we got to the room, we couldn’t open the door because it had been beat down at some point, it took my husband putting all his weight on the door to get it open. In the room, the window to the room was open about an inch. We had to close it and pray the one lock would keep it closed as the other window lock had been busted off. Needless to say, we were scared to death and left pretty quickly. The hotel is dirty and has many shady people hanging around it at all times. I am so disappointed BringFido would put me and my family in this scenario.
