Great location. Nice neighborhood to walk your dog. Clean. Friendly staff. We always stay there on our way to and from Colorado to Illinois.

Our “dog friendly room” was filthy. The carpets throughout the room were stained and the beds looked slept in. I confronted Aaron the front desk worker with pictures and he just shrugged and said that’s how they all are!!! Really? Very unfriendly and unprofessional. For $150 per night it’s not worth it. They made me sign a damage waiver upon check in before I saw the damages in the room. Obviously no one there cares. I wish I could post pictures. I would not recommend this hotel. Find a better place for you and your pup!

The hotel was very nice and welcomed my three bichons. I was not happy that the new manager sent me to a room that was already occupied. I would stay there again and overlook the bad first check-in.

When i went to checkout I was told that because I booked thru a third party (you), they couldn’t give me a copy of my bill. Never heard that one before.

We had a wonderful room with our 100lb golden retriever! Plenty of space and he was very comfortable - as were we. Added bonus was that there was an Italian restaurant attached to the hotel, so we could just walk down the hall for takeout and wine and bring it back to the room for a comfortable pleasant dinner. Wonderful after a long day of driving!

They were super helpful and made us and the 3 dogs feel right at home. There were dog treats at the door to the dog excercise area and everyone was super friendly. The grab and go breakfast was good and we loved the room. thanks again!

Love that this hotel is slightly off main road and has neighborhood next to it to walk the dogs. The hotel is nice overall but the pet rooms are not as clean as they could be. Biggest reason I didn’t give higher rating was our room had musty moldy smell likely due to the high humidity in the area.
