The staff gave me a room on the first floor which was great. There was not much grass around the hotel to walk the dog so we used a dirt driveway next to the hotel.

The room was huge, clean, and the mini fridge actually kept everything cold. Staff was very friendly. There are 2 large patches of grass out front that the dogs were very happy to see. Lotaburger is right next door and is dog friendly.

I actually like there were a lot of places to walk my dog with sidewalks. The facility was relatively clean and quiet.

Everything is perfectly set up for dogs! Sora loved going in and out and the attention he got from the front desk staff and other guests!

After checking into our room we discovered that a young family with kids were staying above us and the kids wouldn't stop running and making noise. After visiting the front desk, we were moved to another quieter section of the Hotel where we wouldn't be bothered by the noise and our dog wouldn't bark at every noise he heard. Definitely would stay there again.

We had our old golden retriever and a 9 month puppy. It clean and easy to get in and out of. Good breakfast. Good amenities.

Sad that we didn’t get a check in treat for ou pup like others had. Other than that the room was clean, however there was not enough coffee for two and the breakfast in the am had no hot food.

Great accommodations but poor layout in the room. The best hotels of this chain has the living room next to the a/c. This hotel has it right next to the bed and you heard it kick on and off all night. The rooms were cool but the rest of the facility was hot and steamy.

Room was spacious. In spite of Covid and weather staff was very pleasant. Out door area for Emma was limited but other than that, it was a very comfortable pleasant stay.

We made a reservation for 2 But coffee for only 1. Calling the hotel we asked if masks were required as that is important to us. They said yes. There were signs in the hotel stating their mask requirements — unfortunately they were not enforcing it. Most patrons weren’t wearing them which means they are putting their guests at risk.

This hotel was clean, the staff was nice and it was off a major road for easy access to the town. There is no real grassy area. There are areas with rocks but you are near someone’s room window so it was a little odd.

They were super welcoming to our OES. Gave treats and pats! Sidewalks around for walks and bags for cleanup!

Hotel had a nice and calm atmosphere which put my anxious dog at ease! We are Moving to Houston from Canada and have stayed at holiday inns along the way. All of them have been great and this one was no exception. Would most definitely stay here again.

Definitely would stay again! The staff was wonderful, gave us a room (room 254) at the rear of the hotel right across from the stairs to outside (I don’t mind the stairs- neither do my pups). The room was nice, everything worked as it should. Clean smelling, comfy beds, and with their express checkout- no need to go back to the front desk to check out. The only negative thing I would say is that if your dog has a hard time going on anything other than grass, it may be a challenge as the hotels pet areas are all gravel. I have one pup who could care less, one that won’t go on anything but grass - luckily there is a pet station out front of the Subway almost attached to hotel that is grass and I had success there with her! Overall great stay!

Breakfast was good every morn. Stayed 6 days with hubby and fur babie. Friendly staff. Room was clean and nice, in fact the whole place was was clean. Will stay again next year :D
