  Best little motel in Santa Fe

  The entire staff was more than welcoming. Our doggy was welcomed with open arms. There is space to allow them a little bit of off-leash access without worrying about traffic. The breakfast was simple but good, fresh ingredients. The room was sparkling and plenty large enough. I live 3 hours from Santa Fe and am looking for another reason to visit so I can return to this gem.

  Loved staying here. Our dog got a bag of goodies. We stayed in the casitas and it’s nice and quiet.

  They thought of everything!

  This is a must stay for anyone traveling with a dog. We had a tiny courtyard at the entrance to our room so it was quite private. The room was fairly small but felt more like a suite. The decor was very New Mexico with a small wood burning fireplace and was equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, tv and even yoga mat with some small workout equipment. My fur baby got a welcome bag with treats and a tennis ball and there was a special blanket for him. The motel is only a few blocks from the the historic square with lots of restaurants and art galleries close by. This was a great find for us!

  Peace and Quiet

  Santa Fe is a bustling town and in spite of the fact that the Inn is situated a mere few block's walk from the plaza, it was so quiet and peaceful. Course this location is also a boon if you're wishing to enjoy the plaza without the hassle of driving the crazy streets of this area of Santa Fe. Everyone I came upon there was relaxed and happy. The staff was amazing. The property was amazing. The casitas were amazing. There Is a designated pet area with waste disposal bags and receptacle. My dog loved chilling on the patio of the casita and slept peacefully on the little doggy blanket the Inn provided. We also received a special bag of treats, doggy instructions, and play toys. Five bones without a doubt for both the dog and his human!

  Charming and pet friendly

  This is such a cute and welcoming hotel. We stayed in one of the casitas, which was perfect for our dog. It had a separate, gated patio, so while my husband and I enjoyed an evening glass of wine, our dog got to safely lie in the sun. The staff was very kind and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

  Clean, convenient

  We have new accommodations when visiting Santa Fe! Loved our room and the property. Great access to walkies for our pup. Everything was so clean. Location is great! Highly recommend Santa Fe Motel and Inn.

  Great vintage motel that welcomes dogs

  This was one of the best dog-friendly motels we have stayed in. The staff left our dog a welcome bag of treats and a toy that we greatly appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space to set up the crate. Highly recommended!

  Great location, loved the room

  The room was easy to get to exiting onto a patio. The dog relief area was close and there also was the Railway Park close by to walk my dog at. They had a cute bag of treats and a blanket for our dog in the room when we got there. I felt like they did a lot to make us feel at home and welcome. I appreciated they had real newspapers.

  Gorgeous room, great location!

  We are in our room right now with our golden retriever and we are really blown away by how lovely the room is! The location is wonderful as well. The amenities in the room are top notch. A carafe of water, several types of coffee, yoga and other exercise gear, bathrobes-and a rubber ducky on the side of the tub. The furniture in the room is gorgeous. There was a fantastic treat bag waiting in the room for our dog! And it’s not pricey. I recommend this place very highly!

  Loved the location and staff

  Overall we were happy with our stay. A unique hotel with lots of character. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Very limited green areas for dogs to relieve themselves. Not sure how to improve this is in the hotel area. Gift bags for dogs with treats and info for vets, emergency vet service and pet store helpful. Used 15% discount at Teca Tu pet store.

  Feels like Santa Fe

  Wow, I am really impressed. At check in, there were very good biscochitos and coffee. Friendly and efficient check in and she even knew our dog’s name. Received a fresh plastic bag with clean keys, pen and Mexican tile. We were in room 15. Welcome bag with our dog’s name hand written with care, contained poop bags, one big and 3 small milk one treats plus two small bags with jerky type treats and a tennis ball and another chew toy! The room has old red type Mexican tiles on the floor and colorful ones in the bathroom. Wooden vigas in the ceiling. Nice wooden furniture, New Mexican style with two large night tables. Three multiple outlet plugs for all your electronics. New stainless steel microwave and separate freezer and fridge. Thick robes and the hand towels had little chile pods on them! Lots of very nice pillows and nice sheets on the king bed. Even a fuzzy blanket for our dog! Wifi worked great. Breakfast is a very healthy mix of fresh fruits and yogurt parfait’s with agave nectar to sweeten. Coffee and teas and some biscochitos! The morning papers were also there. I just found a basket of workout equipment in the closet. What a great idea! Thank you Santa Fe Motel and Inn. We will be back!

  This place is AMAZING!!!

  We wanted to stay somewhere that wasn't the typical hotel room, and boy did we find it! We decided to book the Casita Bonita, which is its own stand alone little house. Its own private fenced front patio, beautiful full kitchen, and full washer and dryer (wasn't expecting that and helped greatly with being on the road.) Loved the gas fireplace, and the location. It even had its own little parking spot right out front. Honestly, I feel they could have charged more for what got for the price. If ever in Santa Fe again, we will be staying here!
