Dirty stained carpeting in hallways and room. No microwaves in rooms. Smelled of cannabis in hallways. Breakfast options very limited. Not worth half the price charged.

I don't know who have been reviewing this place, but it's a dump. I sleep in my truck with my dogs. The staff was friendly though.

The hotel was clean. The staff was nice. We stopped here after having some car troubles and were able to extend our stay when needed. Breakfast was sad, but overall it was a fine experience.

Hotel is comfortable and easy first floor access for pets to go outside. Grounds are being upgraded. Wish they didn’t have carpet in rooms though.

This place was easy to get to and close to lots of downtown Buffalo stuff. The pet area was good and they had a nice indoor pool. The designated rooms for pets had pretty filthy carpets-but what do you expect, human owners are sometimes thoughtless about taking special care of their furries. In all it was just fine.

My room with a king-sized bed was HUGE. Although the furniture was worn, the room and bathroom were extremely clean. Bed and pillows were so comfortable! Front desk man was very kind and efficient.

On June 2, 2018, My husband and I stayed here on our way out to Boston from Wisconsin. The room was very clean and the hotel was very clean as well. They were very dog-friendly. When we left the next day we forgot a large Bluetooth speaker in the room. When we got to Plymouth and realized it was missing I called the hotel and was told it was not there. I was pretty upset thinking the housekeeping may have taken it so I sent an email to the manager who promptly told me that they keep items like that in the manager office and apparently a note was not left to tell the staff it was left in the room. We were able to stop there on our way back home and pick it up. I am really sorry for thinking the housekeeping dept took it, actually feel a bit ashamed. The manager handled this situation very well and professionally. We are thankful that they kept it for us and definitely would stay in this hotel again. Good breakfast and very comfy beds/pillows. Close to Niagara Falls and a nice shopping mall.
