After the second room with the heat not working and it was 57 degrees, The clerk told us there were no more rooms and we should leave. The parking lot was almost empty. The front desk clerk was the meanest person I have ever experienced in a hotel. Stay away from Hampton Inn Kent-Akron in Ohio, and we love Hampton Inns usually!
