The front desk clerk put me on the first floor near the outside door for easy access to take my dog out. Great room, bed was comfortable, and good water pressure in the shower.

Everything and everyone was nice. There was just a bunch of street noise in the room. They accommodated my request for a ground floor room close to an exit for my dog and this is what they had. Originally, I was going to be upstairs.

Reserved two rooms, one specifically with a sofa for my adult disabled son who must sleep in the sitting position due to risk of stroke. Received notice this room would be on third floor but with elevator. I replied that that would be fine.
Got there. New girl at check-in desk, first day on job. Computers are down. Room for my son is on the ground floor and without a sofa. Told her I was told it's on the third floor. Nothing available on the third floor. She was trying very hard to be helpful but lacked sufficient training. Offered a ground floor room (without the sofa but with a jacuzzi, which was of no use or desire) but with little else available. Decided we'd build a "pillow fort" to prop up our son But when we got to the room the door was wide open, and the a/c was not functioning, with a circuit board dangling beneath the unit. We replaced the board and got the a/c to work. Then discovered the window was open and would not close properly. We placed a cane in the window to bar entry to the room from the outside. At this point the front desk clerk said she'd comp the room, which did not happen and we were charged full price.
In the other room for my wife and I, the door was warped and wouldn't close enough to allow dead-bolt to engage fully. Refrigerator hummed loudly. Toilet ran every 20 minutes - heard rushing water to fill the tank. Alarm clock went off at midnight.
On my son's end of the building the exterior door would not open with the key cards given. On our end of the building the exterior door would not lock at all and anyone could enter. Also the entrance to this door had trash can top (tray) full of cigarette butts and food, and trash was overflowing. Breakfast looked nice but the regular coffee urn was empty when I arrived by 6:45 a.m. and not refilled in a timely manner (the breakfast area was busy). No bread for toast available. When I went to grab a cup of decaf at 09:45 am prior to checking out the decaf urn was empty. But the dog had a lovely time.

This property is a former Microtel so the rooms are small but it is well kept and very pet friendly. We were even able to bring in carry out and eat dinner in the breakfast area with our dog.

Very small but very clean room. The bed barely fit and there was only a table on just one side of the bed. Poor manager does duty as the maintenance guy too - we know as she had to fix our toilet. Only complaint is that nobody picked up after their dogs and apparently neither did the hotel. I had to keep mine on a tight leash because of it.

First time I’ve seen stained bedding and towels in a hotel of any standard for a long time, first room had no working heat or AC and had precious occupant’s dog food and debris on the floor. Front desk changed me to a different room. Not super clean but better than the first. Despite being a non smoking hotel, the smell of stale smoke was evident in the second room (attempted masking with air freshener by housekeeping) and all public spaces. Didn’t seem to have any dog free day rooms on first floor - I wonder because so many smokers judging by the overflowing trash cans at the back door. Will definitely not stay her again and will avoid “Quality” Inns in future. Don't know why this place got high ratings.

The front staff was outstanding. Not use to taking towels down to the front desk for exchange but we live in a different world now. The room was very small but it worked, we were only there to sleep. Many thanks.

Checked in with a wonderful young lady who had a room on 5he first floor at the end of the wing. Perfect pace for us with a little white dog. Will definitely stay on our next trip.

We enjoyed our stay at Quality Inn and Suites North Lima. The public areas and our room were spotlessly clean. The staff was welcoming and helpful when we asked about nearby places to eat. The bed was very comfortable, TV and all facilities were in good working order, fresh and clean. The Inn was quiet and ideal for a night's stay. Nearby grassy areas convenient for dog-walking. Only reason for 4 bones vs. 5 is that the room was a bit cramped. Overall, highly recommend.
