Very old building and not well maintained. Felt we were in an unsafe environment. Room was gloomy and depressing. We only had a bed and TV, no other furniture. Couldn’t wait until morning so we could get out of there.

The staff was pleasant and very nice. However, I requested a non-smoking room but they put pet owners in smoking rooms. The comforters were filled with cigarette holes. The door didn't seal completely which brought in flies. The smoking room is right by the staircase so if your dog gets startled from loud noises or people screaming, they'll end up barking and have a bad time. There was barely any parking and a biker gang was hanging around outside, the whole night, and were in the same spot in the morning. Next time, if it comes to it, we'll sleep in the car instead of booking here with our dogs.

Really appreciated the security lighting. Have an old dog who needs late night walks. I felt safe walking her by myself. Also, has easy access to a variety of restaurants.

I checked into a nice, comfortable room that had had a toilet backed up with someone else’s poop. When I went to the front office I was given a plunger and told I had to do it myself. I had a non-refundable room, and either had to plunge someone else’s germ laden feces myself (without gloves) or I had to stay in my room until morning.

The room was quiet but had a smell. Had black feet after my shower. I had to clean the floor with towels. I ended up blackening their towels to avoid dirty feet in bed.
