we had to evacuate for a hurricane and stayed here one night. I see the room rate is $68 where we were charged $161 which includes taxes and $25 pet fee. The plus- checked us in early, clean, friendly. Cons- breakfast area closed (covid), free coffee in lobby was cold and no cups (they said have fresh coffee 24/7), little things were off - like bath tub spigot loose, floor lamp shade wasn’t screwed down and other lamp shade had big dent, coffee pot had carafe that didn’t fit (asked twice for one that would work but never got one), no info in room like channel guide or hotel info. Outside the room, grassy areas not mowed, elevator mechanical room left open, very limited snacks to buy. It was just a lot of little things. would I stay there again, possibly, but not at the inflated price!
