We did not get the room we requested. Room was dirty, carpet around edges were dirty, floor in bathroom was sticky. When we tried to express our concerns there unfortunately was a language barrier.

We will stay at this La Quinta every time we pass through Lubbock. The room was clean and the sheets were delightfully crisp. There are green areas all around the hotel plus a large field behind the hotel which was wonderful for our large dog.

Its always an easy check in and the hotel is usually quiet which helps with my dogs anxiety. Also plenty of areas to take dog to the bathroom

Isolated in N Lubbock near some appts but no commercial buildings. Nice sidewalks for Dog walk. Grassy areas with poop stations. Staff helpful. EZ access from 289. Felt safe. Clean rooms in working order. Would definitely stay again

We have a German shepherd and it was very comfortable and clean. Nice grass for walking the dog. I would stay there again.

This was our 1st stay at a La Quinta Suites and while it was ok it doesn’t come close to being as good as Home 2 Suites, Best Western Plus or the Homewood Suites we have gotten off of BringFido. The kitchen was a sink, microwave, & undercounted fridge with NO utensils at all. The couch was broken and there were multiple paint stains on the bathroom floor. On the other hand the room was clean but a La Quinta would never be my 1st choice.

Pet friendliness was good - there are sidewalk grassy areas to walk immediately surrounding the hotel. The hotel was generally dirty and smelled of marijuana; the fire alarm went off for a few minutes at 8am. We had to ask to move to a different room, which the front desk accommodated quickly, because our original room was very warm. In the middle of a record setting heatwave.

Ample space to walk the dogs. Rooms clean. The usual breakfast items. Lots of trips to the front desk to get the room key cards re-programmed. Sadly, other dog owners didn't pick up their dogs' poop which was disappointing for humanity. Overall, would stay here again and we are very grateful they allow dogs.

Having a 3 mth old pup, I was attentive to her needs. Such as a trip outside before and immediately after night-night time. No incidents, though we did run into the resident gray cat, who startled me and Poppy. The staff was ever so nice during our stay.

Nice, safe, pet friendly! Only small issue with a couple juvenile roaches in bathroom when I got up in middle of the night. Staff receptive and apologetic. Recommend upping the pest control frequency, otherwise highly recommend!

We stayed in a suite and the room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. There are bags for pet owners to clean up after their pet. However, some pet owners do not have common courtesy and are too lazy to do so. I didn't hold that against the hotel as it is the pet owner's responsibility. Great stay.

Not a lot of places to take the dog out to. Room was ok. Pieces of the ceiling were hanging due to a bad leak in the room and the air conditioner make loud screeching noises all night. Breakfast was good and staff was nice.

We were very comfortable at this La Quinta! Lots of grassy areas for the dogs. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was quiet even though it was busy. We would stay again!

Overall, I'd say this place was "okay". The room appeared clean, but we did see roaches in our dog's food bowl the next morning. The bathtub also had rust around the drain, and the toilet bowl wasn't very clean.

We stayed here twice on our trip & the room & hotel were very nice. The grassy areas for dogs were clean & nice for doggie business. Dogs were welcome in lobby & hallways. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

We got this hotel from a Priceline express deal and were pleasantly surprised. it was very nice with free breakfast. Only downside for us was the pool was a little small and there seemed to be a big family taking up the whole area.

Comfortable room. Lots of dogs on our floor, but still very quiet. Grassy area in front with clean up sacks. Check out dog park in Lubbock too. Stacey & Michael helped get our nervous dog on the ground floor!
