This is a good location, clean, reasonable bed comfort though sheets are scratchy. Housekeeping staff friendly but the front desk staff was lukewarm to rude. Didn’t offer direction to find our room or parking, irritated when we needed a receipt. Likely would try elsewhere next time. Also note - stairs are for emergency only, with alarms. If you have a pet terrified of the elevator as ours is, go elsewhere.

No fee for the dog, and he's a big 90 pound guy. There may be a rule but it wasn't enforced and he's well behaved. So, if your big dog is rowdy it might be more of an issue.
This Sheraton hotel was already one of my favorites in the area and this puts it over the top.

Hotel is older but very luxurious and welcoming. The bed is so comfortable as Is the room. Our Goldendoodle was super comfortable. It is a great place to stay with your pup.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the low cost of the very lovely hotel, and the fact that it had no pet fee for multiple pets, as I was expecting to pay out the nose in the DC area. Limited green space on sight, but enough, and a residential neighborhood and parks nearby. I’d def stay there again!!

We frequently drive from MA to FL and this hotel has quickly become our go to halfway point stop. It’s right off the highway and easy to get to. The staff is helpful and extremely friendly and always acknowledge our pup and offer cookies (one of the wonderful women at the front desk gave us a free breakfast voucher after complimenting and loving on our pit bull and showing us pictures of her boy at home!) The rooms have always been very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

We stopped here on our drive home from Florida. It was close to the highway and very reasonably priced. Front desk informed us they only accept dogs under 50 pounds (not 70 like the ad said, but thankfully our pittie girl just made the cut, and they didn't have breed restrictions!) Room was good and clean and dog was more than happy to be out of the car and have a bed to roll around on (and she enjoyed the view from the 15th floor!) There was a nice small gym that I peeked at as well a roof deck (too chilly!) and heated indoor pool on the top floor that my husband and daughter enjoyed. Staff was nice, but no one really acknowledged the dog or seemed like "dog people". Only real downside is that there wasn't a grassy area to walk. We found a small patch of grass near the parking garage that served as a bathroom but no where for our girl to really stretch her legs. Would recommend for a quick overnight stay but I'm not sure we'd stay for longer than that.

We stayed here with our 2 medium size dogs and enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was quite small though but very clean and beds were comfortable. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was on the 4 th floor and was close to to the stairs that lead outside. This hotel is located just across from Arlington cemetery and memorial park. We found plenty of green area to walk our dogs. Once you come out of the hotel just turn left and walk to the cemetery area and there are some green space on a very quite road. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. On our first night we were too tired to go out and look for a place so we went downstairs to front desk and were given a few options of take our food and we picked one and had it delivered to the hotel. But the next day when we're walking the dogs around the hotel, we discovered a few places to eat. We drove to D.C from the hotel as We couldn't find good info about metro or bus options. One hotel employee suggested Uber would be easier but we opted to drive our car as we had our dogs with us. Hotel doesn't allow pets to be left unattended in the room even crated. The pool is located on the 14 th floor. We enjoyed staying here and wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again if we decide to visit D.C again.
