Park Suites are located in desirable Seaside park, New Jersey,. Located just 1 short block to Beach and just a 5 minute walk to the famous Seaside Heights Boardwalk & Water Park! This is a rare find in Seaside Park that combines spacious suite style bedrooms and close proximity to the beautiful Seaside park beaches. This spacious suite has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, living room. This spacious Suite has a courtyard with Gas BBQ, Outdoor Shower, fire pit, and outdoor tables and loungers. Guests received a designated off street parking space and free street parking for traditional cars. This location is part of our Lazy River in the Park location that has a total of 5 Suites and two homes. Our properties are professionally cleaned and are re-sanitized and re-disinfected within two hours of our Guests arrival.

Bedrooms are equipped with smart televisions that have access only to streaming services where you can utilize your Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV or other available streaming apps. Our smart TVs have access to free Samsung TV Plus that has a full list of over 100 channels and growing in news, entertainment, movies and more.
TRUSTED AND VERIFIED: For your safety and assurance, we rent exclusively through HomeAway & VRBO with Superhost Designation for other booking sites. This property is professionally maintained and operated and we strive to maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction. Lazy River Rentals has partnered with The Play Travel Protection Program, which is underwritten by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Companies to bring our guests customized protection products built specifically for the needs of the vacation rental guest. Available plans include protection against unforeseen circumstances that may occur before and during your vacation. These plans cover 100% of your trip cost if your trip is canceled or interrupted for one of 30+ reasons listed in the coverage such as illness, injury, natural disasters, inclement weather, work related activities and many other unique reasons. Ask about our new Cancel for Any Reason Travel Protection, allows guests to cancel for any one of 30 reasons and covers 60% off the trip cost if canceled for a reason not listed in the coverage.
RULES
* Guests required to sign Confirmation with House Rules and Regulations.
* Linens and Towels are not included in Beach Rentals available from third party Concierge Service.
* One pet under 30 lbs permitted with approval with $ 150 Pet Disinfection Fee
* Between April 15 and June 30, occupancy limited to no more than
two adults per bedroom plus two children 12 or younger. No exceptions.
Minimum age for rentals must be 18 years or old. Reservations made by a guests under 21 can not have outside guests and subject to additional security deposit and or damage insurance.
* Off season short term rentals limited to Guests with temporary employment contracts or for home improvements and can show proof of ownership
* Parking limited to one car for 2 BR and 2 cars for 3 BR 7 up. Parking is either off street or by use of free meter parking tag
* *Furniture and Paint Color is based on prior year. Suites are often upgraded with new furniture and designed with new paint colors to enhance our Guests experience

Disclosure; Oct 15 - May 15. - Off Season Short Term Rentals do not allow pets and occupancy is limited to no more than 1 guest per bedroom. 2 BR suites have a maximum occupancy 2 guests from 3 BR permits 3 guests, 4 BR permits up to 4 guests. Non Employment Guests would require employment verification and credit check.
