AVAILABLE IN SPRING AND FALL AT REDUCED PRICES
Restored turn-of-the-century Victorian beach cottage with spectacular ocean views from our private beach. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the wrap-around porch. Near Mother's Beach, golf course and KBIA. The home is DIRECTLY ON THE DIRECTLY ON THE OCEAN - about 75 feet from the water and no road between the back porch and the beach. Nicely landscaped backyard and well-maintained flower gardens. There is air conditioning on the 3rd floor.
