Summary:
We designed our house to feel just like home. "The Venice Oasis" is located in one of Atlantic City's nicest, quietest residential neighborhoods - our perfect location balances being close enough to Atlantic City's attractions to enjoy family fun yet far enough way for the perfect quiet night, its the ideal vacation location! We can't wait for you to come enjoy our home and all Atlantic City has to offer - you won't find a better neighborhood in town!
The Space:
Our 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home features a spacious open living and dining room, as well as a back porch to barbecue and relax on. Unlike most homes, we give you everything you need except food and clothes. We feature 4 newly furnished bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a master walk-in closet, comfortable couches in our newly furnished living room, and the absolute ideal Atlantic City's location. The home is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV for your enjoyment!
The bedroom count is as follows:
Bedroom 1: Queen Bed and Single Bed
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed and Single Bed
Bedroom 3: Three Single Beds
Bedroom 4: Two Queen Beds and Two Single Beds
Features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 6, island seating for 4 and washer and dryer in the utility closet!
**Sleeps 1-16.
**Bonus sleeping space is available with a queen-sized air mattress

The Neighborhood:
Just minutes from the heart of Atlantic City, the Venice Park neighborhood offers you a chance to enjoy peace and quiet without being too far away form the action. The Venice Oasis is located in one of Atlantic City's nicest residential neighborhoods - this spacious oasis balances being close to the action and yet far enough away from the fun for a relaxing vacation headquarters.
Getting Around:
We have a private driveway in the front for your car when you arrive. You can also park right in front of the house where there is plenty of free on-street parking. For when you travel around the city, parking in AC is generally very easy, cheap, and accessible.

THE PERSON WHO BOOKS MUST BE 21+ AND BE PRESENT DURING THE DURATION OF THE STAY!
Please know that you will be asked to sign a check-in form and rental agreement that outlines the terms of your reservation!
All supplies are provided in moderation; the number of each supply on-site is what we provide, and you may need to purchase more for the duration of your stay. If you want additional supplies during your stay, you will be responsible for bringing or obtaining extra. Here is the list of what is provided per stay:
Bed linens
Bath towels
Hand towels/rags
Shampoo + conditioner & body wash
Toilet paper
Hand soap & dish soap
Laundry pods (detergent)
Limited number of trash bags
One roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom (plus 1 extra) are provided. You will need to provide your own for the rest of your stay.
Dish soap, hand soap and laundry soap (where applicable) will be provided in moderation – You may need to purchase more for the rest of your stay.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, blender, pots and pans, mixing bowls, salt & pepper, coffee maker and filters etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, utensils etc.
**We also do not provide beach essentials such as beach chairs, towels, or umbrellas.
HOUSE RULES:
A copy of the house rules are posted at each home. Failure to comply with the house rules may result in immediate eviction without refund:

GENERAL:
Quiet time is from 10:00PM to 7:00AM every day. Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep music, loud voices, and shenanigans down to a minimum!
No prom groups
No bachelor parties
No more than 16 guests (You CANNOT allow anyone outside of the booking party to stay at the house.)
No smoking; If ANY sign of smoking is found in the home, the security deposit is automatically forfeited along with additional cleaning costs to be incurred by the renter.
If we are made aware that there are more guests than the agreed upon number, guests will be immediately subject to eviction.
SMOKING POLICY: Our home is non-smoking. If smoking outside, please smoke away from the house, not on the deck or patios. Cigarette butts need to be kept in a container and disposed of properly. There will be a $100 charge for any butts found outside on the ground that the cleaners have to pick up and a $200 charge for evidence of smoking inside our home.
PET POLICY:
We only allow dogs for a $150 fee. There will be a $300 fee for failure to notify us of a pet present in the property.
CLEANING POLICY:
If any excessive cleaning is needed subsequent to your departure (stained rugs, clogged sinks, excessive pet shed/mess, excessive garbage left around the home, stench, etc) There will be an excessive cleaning fee of up to $700 depending on the offense.
CHECK-IN:
Check in time is 4:00 pm. You may request an early check in 48 hours before your arrival. No early check-ins between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Upon arrival please inspect the house carefully and report any unsatisfactory condition to the rental manager immediately. Failure to report means you accept the house “as is”. To report any items please contact us immediately with any issues.
CHECK OUT:
Check out time is strictly 10:00 am. We allow late checkouts for a $125 fee. Failure to pay this fee with a late check out will result in an automatic charge of 1 extra day stay (amount differs per property but is a minimum of $125.00). If housekeeping arrives prior to your departure and has to leave and come back there will be an automatic charge of $100.
Please be advised that it is important to remember all of your belongings during your stay. In the event that you forget any items, we will gladly mail them back to you! However, please note that a $25 shipping fee will be charged for this service. Additionally, we kindly request that you refrain from ordering packages during your stay. If you do receive any packages, please remember to pick them up as soon as possible so they are not forgotten!
Interaction with Guests:
We live off-site but are available via text/call/Airbnb messenger 24/7. We have a property manager and maintenance team in place, ready to address any and all of your needs in a timely manner!
