We stayed in multiple hotels with our pets. This was the best hotel during our entire trip.

Good location just of I-25. Restaurants close by. Vacant lot for walking dogs, but not much grassy area. Overall, though, a fine, comfortable stay. Among the better pet friendly hotels we've stayed in over the years.

We were arriving very late after a long day of travel. I checked BringFido for a pet friendly place to stay. This place had good reviews as being clean, so I booked it. We arrived at almost midnight. Front desk clerk was friendly/pleasant. Got to room and saw a list of disgusting things in our room. The bathroom had trash on the floor, the shower curtain looked like someone tried to eat the top of it, there was some type of dried crud on the side of the bed/mattress, one bed looked as though it had been slept on/in but bedding not changed and the window curtain had a huge rip in it. The carpet was dirty in the room, but the carpet in the hallway was so stained, it looked as though it was a crime scene. There was what looked like mascara in the sink. The bathroom “art work” frames were peeling their fake wood grain paper off. If we weren’t so tired from travel at our midnight arrival, we would have left. Previous reviewers had better things to say… maybe they stayed in a different hotel? Very disappointed.

Friendly staff, allowed us to stay with our 4 pups after I accidentally made a reservation at the wrong hotel in a city 5 hrs away. Great breakfast and clean rooms. Outback steakhouse is right next door and gives 10% off for staying at the hotel.

We were on a cross country trip with 4 dogs and had called ahead to request rooms on the first level. We got a call from Vicky that she noticed someone had assigned one of the rooms on the second level - she was calling to check if one of the two rooms can have one King bed in which case she can upgrade us at no additional cost and get both rooms on the first level which was perfect for us. The facility and rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. Thanks Vicky!
