This was an amazing place to stay. The staff was lovely and the room was great for my dogs. There are outside doors to the rooms that made talking my dog out so easy!

We stayed here for one night on our way home from a family visit. We arrived to a friendly staff who provided us with a list of nearby food places, including places that delivered. We are all tired after a long drive in the snow so it was nice to unload into a room that had two entry doors; one on the inside and one on the outside just feet from where we parked our truck. Unloading was easy. The room was large, comfortable and warm. The food we ordered from the suggested list was delivered within 15 minutes of us arriving. The beds were also comfortable. Our dog was very pleased with the amenities! We plan on making this a regular stop when we visit family.

This place was awful. The shower curtain was soaked in urine. I've never felt so disgusted. The floors were filthy. The breakfast was stale. The dog area was full of trash, used masks, and feces. We did not feel comfortable or safe. Would not recommend.

The staff was accommodating, rooms clean. We had a room that had a door directly to the outside allowing us to park close and take “Fido” out when needed without disturbing anyone. This is in addition to the one that went through the hotel. Definitely plan on staying there again if possible.

The rooms have very little privacy and are in no way sound proof. The majority of the rooms are inside and have a large window/wall facing the hallway. The room locations were not conducive with having pets, at all. There are no pet areas, but there was a small park down the street. You can tell the hotel was somewhat recently renovated. Most of the budget was definitely given to the front desk area. The rooms themselves are very basic and more DIY.

We stopped on our way through from NE to CA. This was a nice comfortable room, a little "old" but clean. The room was way down at the end of the very large building/set of rooms. It had a door to the outside. There wasn't really anywhere to walk our dog, but we managed. Good stop other than we paid over $210 for one Friday night, and I think it was overpriced for the room.

The hotel was great with Chubbs! The dog area was right off the road and no pick up bags. Food and drinks in the lounge were the best!

Welcoming, friendly staff! Definitely dog friendly and even welcomed them with treat bags. Really nice grassy area and was well lit. Room was easy to get to (outside entrance), very big and roomy and quiet! The area was so charming. So much to explore, so little time. So enjoyed our stay there and would definitely stay there again!!!

Hotel was clean and quiet. There were interior and exterior entrances to the rooms on the first floor which is helpful with a pet who needs to be let out. The staff was helpful when we had to switch rooms due to a faulty AC unit. It was right off I-80 which was convenient for us. We would stay again!

We booked online at the last minute while on a roadtrip. Checked in at about 10:30pm and walked into an ICE COLD room. For some reason the heater was powered off during the middle of winter (?) in below freezing weather. Blasting the heater at 90 degrees did almost nothing even after we cleaned out the incredibly dirty filter. The room itself was also pretty shabby for the price - including the $20 pet fee, this room should be $65 max.

We booked a room at Best Western through the website but had to cancel at the last minute when our travel plans changed. They could not have been nicer and they refunded our room fee even though it was non-cancellable. We will definitely book with them next time.
