  Great place…..

  I don’t know what this persons problem was but Toni’s Canine Castle has been there for years. I have used them numerous times for days I work and want my dog to be entertained. They are VERY attentive and very willing to GIVE UPDATES on your dog should you require them. However, to be fair I don’t call every 10 minutes or even at all so I receive my “updates” when I pick my pooch up. My dog is SO excited to be there I can tell she’s had a great day by her reaction time and time again picking her up and dropping her off. Dogs know when things aren’t kosher and I’ve NEVER had any weird experiences here or reason to believe my dog is not being properly attended to.

  Watch out!

  We used Tony's because it was the only boarding option in town. As I was checking in my dog I had a gut feeling that I probably should've listened to. I called for updates about my dog with absolutely no response. As I'm trying to relax on vacation I had to sit and worry about how my dog was doing. When we returned we had to track down somebody to get our dog. It took approximately 15 minutes before we could find someone to help us. When we finally got our dog he seemed fine but the lack of communication and no supervision to the point I could walk around and unnoticed for that long leaves a real bad impression. I will be seeking out a different service the next time I need one.
