  Not worth the investment!

  They absolutely suck. I’ll have my toddler train my dogs before ever dealing with them again.

  Training Good, Location Lacks Integrity

  The lack of integrity is astounding. This is a very military UNfriendly business. We approached Off Leash K9 in December asking about training and if it would be transferable because we’re military and could expect to move, but saw it was a National brand. We asked SPECIFICALLY if we would be able to move to another one in case, and were told yes we could. We paid our $750 and it took several months to get an appointment. I was deployed for 4 months and came back from deployment by the time we had our second one in April. Then we got orders (as we thought we might), and NOW we’re told “oh we don’t actually transfer to other locations. We’re franchised, so you’d have to find one on your own.”

  We requested a refund for the lessons we were unable to use due to extenuating circumstances, and were told on 5, FIVE, 5 occasions we’d receive one and it was being worked on. To this day, in October, we still have not received anything but a response that “it’s being worked.” In fact, they ghosted us and then had the audacity to add us to their subscription list where the owner sends out emails, and one of them was a survey to say how they were doing. We cited our issues and never received a response.

  If you’re NOT going to do something just say so! Don’t drag us along. We put our trust in their word and all they did was swindle us out of $750. We do not recommend them to any military families or people who value integrity!

  Wonderful experience! Josh and his team are phenomenal!

  Top notch training and services all around! We sent our boy Buddy through their 2 week board and train program in August of 2019 and could not be any happier. Their trainers are extremely professional and patient with the pups and their humans and they are committed to making sure you have a happy well trained dog. They have continued to work with us post training when we have questions or Buddy needs a little refresher. Josh and his team make you feel like family! Our high energy hound is so well behaved and obedient now and we love that we can take him anywhere dogs are allowed! Highly recommend!
